• My Town at Night

    In an attempt to lose some more weight I decided to follow some advice to do some walking after eating. Apparently this reduces the sugar spike and also encourages digestion.

    On my first outing I noticed the world looks so different at night. I also felt less conspicuous. I only had my iPhone but here’s a few of the images I captured.
